Experience an authentic husky adventure away from mass tourism. After a detailed introduction, you’ll learn how to safely drive your own sled team and work together with the huskies as a team. Feel the energy and enthusiasm of the dogs as you glide together through the winter landscape.
After the ride, enjoy hot drinks around the campfire and take the time to relax, unwind and soak up the unique atmosphere among the pack.

Suitable for participants aged approximately 18 to 65. Participants should have a good sense of balance and be able to stand on narrow sled runners for approximately 45 minutes in cold temperatures.
Children and teenagers will ride in the guide’s sled bag. Depending on the guide’s personal assessment, they may be allowed to drive the sled team themselves for parts of the tour, under the guide’s supervision and assistance.

Cancellations and changes to bookings must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the notification is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation costs. In the case of cancellations, the following cancellation costs apply:
67 - 38 days before departure 10%
37 - 23 days before departure 50%
22 - 09 days before departure 80%
08 day before arrival + absence without cancellation 100%

This provider places a strong emphasis on the health and well-being of its sled dogs. The dogs have three rest days per week, giving them sufficient time to recover and regenerate. During the warmer summer months, they have access to both a pool and a nearby lake, allowing them to cool off after training or on hot days.
Particular attention is also given to preventive healthcare. A physiotherapist visits the dogs twice a year to support their mobility and identify any potential issues at an early stage. In addition, all dogs receive an annual dental check-up to maintain their dental health in the long term.
The health and development of each individual dog are carefully documented in individual health records. This continuous documentation allows the provider to closely monitor each dog’s health over time and reflects their strong commitment to responsible and sustainable dog care.
